2019 favorites, wow, we’re finally here. Honestly though, 2019 has been a life changing year for me. In the first Round Up of this year, I made some goals.
So, let’s be completely honest. I’ve never really set goals for myself at the beginning of the previous years. Why? Who knows. Perhaps, I felt that it was ridiculous to set goals that you’ll never achieve. Maybe even just remembering what the goals were at the beginning of the year was a struggle within itself. Regardless, it’s just something I’ve never done. This year, I wanted to be different. I wanted to feel like I actually did something with my personal life this year.
Not only did I achieve those three goals above (this is actually blog post #28), I also achieved a personal goal. My personal goal this year was SELF GROWTH. What is so wonderful about having such a broad personal goal is that I’m truly the only one that can state if I achieved it or not. For me, it’s easy to see that self growth has been a huge part of my life this year.
I started a business. A business that I’ve wanted to do since a teenager but I let negative words and doubt creep into my mind. Personally, I asked for more responsibility in my work life at the hospital, and so far, it’s been going really well. I DID A WHOLE FREAKING BULLET JOURNAL FROM JANUARY TO DECEMBER AND ACTUALLY MAINTAINED IT (well besides May and June… to be fair, they’re done just half-assed, but we all have down weeks…or months… right?) Finally, I bought a new car this year. AND I PAID OFF MY STUDENT LOANS GOD BLESS.
The pictures below are some of my 2019 personal favorites from this past year and just to finish this post up, let’s see how the numbers broke for individual sessions this year. For someone who has only been a business since June, I’m pretty stoked with these numbers and I’m excited to watch them grow into the new year.
